Ugh...I have done nothing impressive in this three month holiday, well except for the Jab Chae and Fettucine Alfredo I made...Huhu.

Looking back on what I've done so far, i find it easy to generalise what I have done...

.My diet consists majorly on Indomie.
.Moan and whine on financial status.
.Moan and whine because I have nothing to do.
.Fattening myself up.
.Joined the Intensive Roam Around Your House program.

Things worth noting down...

.3 days in Centrepoint, Woohoo.
.Made a comment on the WYWY issue that sounded quite intellectual, haha.
.Made a resolution that I will change my tyres and be broke for the rest of the month.
.Namo Dragon Pendant Giver.
.I actually made this Jab Chae, its a korean dish...And Fettucine...Woohoo Wan.

Hmm..There is still a month or so left...Hmmmmm...

And yeah, I decided to share the recipes with you peeps huhu...Sory, no pics k...Uhuu

Jab Chae

A handful of thinly sliced beef/chicken...Hmm...handfull..Oh well
1 tblspn of chopped Spring onion
1 Onion (i shredded them)
1 Carrot, (Shredded them too, cos I like shredding so much, its actually fun)
Sesame oil
Cooking Oil
Potato and Sweet Potatoe Vermicelli (i tried with rice ver. and it turned out quite well...)
Soy Sauce
Sugar
Salt
Black pepper
Spinach, as much as you like..
Egg
Shitake/Chinese Mushroom
Minced Garlic

Soak the mushrooms for 10-15mins, cut the stems and and thinly slice them. Mix and marinate with beef, 2 tblspn soy sauce (I used the sweet one), 1 tblspn sugar, pinch of salt and pepper, minced garlic, and spring onion. I recommend you leave it for at least 20mins, judging from experience heheh.

Cut the spinach and boil for 2 mins. Cool and drain with tap water. season with a oinch of salt and sesame oil to taste.

Boil the vermicelli for 6-8 mins, or just follow the instruction at the back of the pack.

Meanwhile, shred the carrot and onion. batter the egg and cook. Once done, slice into thin pieces.

Take out the vermicelli, cool and drain.

Cook the beef with a bit of oil. Once cooked, add the veggies and noodle and use medium low heat until the veg are cooked. Season with soy sauce and sesame oil to taste.

Got the recipe from lilyng2000.blogspot.com

Fettucine Alfredo

Parmesan
Cream Cheese
Milk
Butter
Fettucine

I'll leave you to do decide how much fettucine u want to cook and the rest too. I bought the 500g packet and only used 1/5 of it and it was enought for two. And I used 3/4 of a handful of parmesan, half a handful of cream cheese, 3/4 cup of milk and half the amount for butter..LMAO

Melt the butter, then add the milk and cheese and stir until evrythin is smooth. I guess you can make the sauce separately, but once the sauce is done u can just add the fett and toss until coated well.

Next mission: Mee Mamak and Crepe!!

Thats all for now...
